About the Chia Framework

CHIA is the heart of our work.

It is a values-based framework rooted in Courage, Honesty, Intuition, and Accountability. CHIA was created from our belief that real growth begins when we are willing to come home to who we are, tell the truth about where we are, trust what we know, and take responsibility for how we move forward.

CHIA is not about perfection. It is about alignment.

It helps leaders, founders, nonprofits, and human-centered organizations slow down long enough to reconnect to what matters most, understand where they are out of alignment, and grow in a way that feels grounded and true.
