Patricia Sargent
I believe we only truly thrive together.
Over the years, both my life and my work have rooted me deeply in the importance of connection, curiosity, and community. With more than 25 years in leadership development, I have spent much of my career helping people grow, lead, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. That experience taught me a great deal about leadership, but even more about people.
My connection to service and community has also been shaped by my work alongside veterans, nonprofits, and human-centered organizations. Those experiences deepened my belief that people need to feel seen, heard, and supported in order to grow. They reminded me that behind every challenge, every transition, and every organization, there are human beings longing for clarity, belonging, and a way forward.
The work I do is grounded in a simple truth: we grow by cultivating the seeds of connection. When people feel connected to themselves, to each other, and to the purpose behind what they are building, they are far more able to lead, heal, and create lasting impact.
Through CHIA Consulting, I help founders, leaders, nonprofits, and human-centered organizations stay connected to who they are while building what comes next. My passion is helping people move from values to action, from vision to alignment, and from possibility to meaningful growth.
Viktoria Sargent
Viktoria serves as the Communications & Client Experience Coordinator for CHIA Consulting, managing the behind-the-scenes operations that help keep clients informed, connected and supported. She oversees website communications, responds to inquiries, and helps ensure every interaction reflects CHIA's commitment to authentic connection and exceptional service.
At 26, Viktoria brings a vibrant blend of creativity, leadership and a deep passion for personal growth and community impact. Her background in dance has played a significant role in shaping who she is. Through years of training and performance, she developed discipline, confidence, and a strong sense of expression-qualities that continue to influence her professional approach and artistic perspective.
In addition to her work at CHIA, Viktoria has dedicating time to mentoring youth through her involvement with the Boys & Girls Club. There, she discovered her passion for helping young people build confidence, develop leadership skills, and find their voice. She is especially committed to fostering youth advancement and encouraging the development of strong, capable future leaders.
Her combined experience in the arts, youth development , and client engagement allows her to bring a thoughtful, empathetic, and dynamic presence to her role, making her an integral part of the CHIA team.
